Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your MAUA pieces as much as we loved creating them.
But if something doesn’t feel quite right, here’s our return policy:

📦 Return Conditions
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return one or more items.

Returned items must be:

• New, unworn, unwashed

• With original tags and cotton pouch included

Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refund, unless otherwise stated.

💸 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error

🚚 How to Return an Item
Email us at maua.swimwear@gmail.com with:

• Your name and order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Optional: your reason for the return

We’ll send you the return address and instructions.
All returns must be sent with a tracking number — MAUA is not responsible for lost parcels.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

• Worn, washed, damaged items or those without tags

• Swimsuits without the original hygienic liner

• Gift cards
