6. Delivery

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Products must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After inspection, refunds are issued within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
Sale or personalized items are non-refundable, except in the case of a defect.

8. Liability

MAUA shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the products sold.
